Top 100 By Randy Gage March 25th, 2012 I

I’ve been included on some pretty cool lists recently.  This includes being voted the #1 trainer, making the top ten of the MLM Power 50, being featured The Greatest Networkers in the World book, and also in an upcoming book on the business from a major publisher. It’s an honor to be named to these lists, and it’s also a great learning experience, because of who you share company with. (Like being on the faculty at Art Jonak’s Mastermind Event.) I’m honored and proud to know probably the top 100 people in this amazing profession. So I was reflecting about the commonalities I see across the spectrum and thought it would be cool to share them with you. Here they are: Everyone in the group is a dreamer. They stopped buying the gloom and doom mind viruses of pop culture and reconnected to the vision of greatness we all once had for ourselves. If Morpheus were to offer them the red pill or the blue pill, they would always choose the trip down the rabbit hole rather than the safety of the Matrix—because they know that in the new reality, the safe choice is where the real risk is. They know that those who choose being “safe” become the worker drones in the collective.  So they dream of freedom and security. They have guts.  Because millions of people dream of freedom and security.  The people in this group have the guts to go after it. Everyone in the group is a critical thinker.  They reject conventional wisdom and practice discernment.  They are curious by nature and open to challenging their most deeply held foundational beliefs. They are not cynics, but they are skeptical. They question authority, and they want to know the reasoning behind a premise.  They know that any beliefs they have that serve them will survive a healthy skepticism, and any beliefs that don’t stand up under scrutiny need to be replaced. They work their ass off.  They don’t look for the free lunches and get-rich schemes.  Far from running away from work, they wake up, throw the sheets off the bed, and actually look forward to work!  So they love what they do, and don’t need a weekend, a six-pack, and ten DVDs to escape from their “job.” This is a career to them, not a job.   And they have discovered how to balance work and life and bring meaning to both. Everyone in this group is a good teacher.  They recognize that real duplication comes from their possessing good teaching skills much more than selling skills. They follow a formula that allows large numbers of people to replicate their actions. Everyone is this group is also a student.  They have a passion for lifelong learning and set aside daily time for quiet reflection and self-development. Everyone in this group is a leader. They weren’t born a leader.  Nobody appointed them to the position, and they couldn’t care less about titles, hierarchy, or conformity.  They are called to lead from the dreams within their soul.  They lead because they have belief. Belief in a better way. And they know that conviction comes with a responsibility to share that belief with the larger community.  They don’t think it’s their responsibility to sponsor everyone they know.  But they do feel a responsibility to offer the business to everyone they know. So what do you think? Are these the qualities you see in the top leaders you know?  What else would you add?  And how do you stack up?  Please share your thoughts and keep the discussion going. -RG

Home Business Opportunity - Best Home Business Opportunities

7) Ecommerce
Ecommerce sales rose 14.8% in 2010, totaling $165.4 billion. That alone says that more people than ever are shopping online. And ecommerce is an ideal home business opportunity. One of the main barriers to operating a successful ecommerce business is finding the right product or products to sell; the other is providing the kind of online environment that will make people want to buy from you rather than competitors. 8 Rules for a Successful Ecommerce Website provides information on how to do this. If you are going to use eBay as your selling platform, reading 7 Tips for Selling on Ebay will help.

8) In-Home Beauty Services
This home-based business opportunity combines two trends; the insatiable demand for services that make people look and feel younger and better and the growing desire to have those services delivered. And why not? Having someone come to your home and cleanse and tone your skin and do your makeup is the height of luxury. And caring for and making up the face are only two beauty services you could offer to provide; manicures, pedicures, massages and acupuncture could also be provided to people in their homes – or in yours.

Both of my current home-based businesses are next to each other on this list. I have also done cleaning service and catering on a small scale. thinking about doing catering again, if I can find the right partner. Try partnering with a friend that has similar skills, or time on their hand. share the work and the wealth with them.

If you have a particular talent, or an interest turn it into money. I recommend reading Think and Grow Rich, if you don't understand the philosophy behind turning service or an idea into money. Also read The Slight Edge principle to see why Now is the best time to do it.

See you in a bit:-)

HEALT RESOLUTION reVISITED

I'm no classic beauty, but when I look in the mirror, I see the reflection of what I feel inside. when I feel
great, I think I look great. Lately I have been stepping up my regimen for skin and weight. I didn't want to
wait until "New Years" for a new leaf. I have some really bad habits when it comes to exercise, which
usually don't bother me, because I do get it in. But now, I know I need to step up my game. I need to do fa
full analysis. I want to keep the butt, lose the arms, lower my body fat, and increase my stamina.

Part of my plan to accomplish this is goal setting. Again, not one of my strong suits. I will have to use an
easy plan that I can stick to on a daily basis. I became familiar with the Slight Edge in 2006 but have never
followed the charts given to me by my friend Art. I have been working hard at bettering my habits so I can
be ready to follow the plan effectively. Not that I haven't been using the slight edge daily, just not the same
tasks everyday. You know, I brush and shower everyday, of course. But I don't always exercise, don't
always read two hours of personal development every day. Most days I do, but sometimes, I just wanna do
NOTHING.

Well, I am as ready as I can be to get on the road to superfine-ness and Hot to trot status. So what I want
to know now, is Who's with me?

Cmon, don't make me do this alone!!

Judo Pushup

Begin in a pushup position but move your feet hip-width apart and forward, and raise your hips so your body almost forms an upside-down V. Lower the front of your body until your chin nears the floor. Then lower your hips as you raise your head and shoulders toward the ceiling. Now reverse the movement and return to the starting position.

These look really easy to incorporate, nothing really fancy or high-tech. may as well give it 15 minutes a day! that's how long it takes for me to post something on G+( ooooooh zinger) six months at 15 minutes a day= fine as a mug! yup, GIT ER DUN

The Best Social Network Is... | Media Tapper

Media_httpmediatapper_iuara

Yes Google plus is a great network ( I am a GooGle fan anyway) but is it really the best? I'm not quite sure its the best yet. for me, it's the share options. I love that anywhere I go, there is a Facebook share link. Now we have a plus button, but it doesn't share well on my computer for some reason. I click plus, then click to start typing and sharing, and nothing happens. no matter which browser I'm using. What IS that? anyway, when I plus things, it goes on a list, but who sees it beside me? there is a tab for my photos, why isn't there at least a tab for my plus'? Not that I don't love Google plus! I have "met" some really great artist, writers, photographers, graphic specialists, and even jewelry people like me, but I have a hard time circling them like I want. I really want to circle some local blogger's in on circle, local artist in another, and so on. That has proven diff, I have to look at the profile, and see where there are, although some of them say under the name. I still haven't got the geek hang of G+ quite enough for me to say It rocks better than ALL the rest, but it IS VERY COOL!

I kinda like CHIME.in, although I have only chimed once! but I don't know if they will roll out any good share features with the major share companies. and the video share one, ummmm Yeah, it's new, I don't remember! I don't even have a camera phone anyway right now! it was misplaced. Somewhere in my house I pray!
Anyway, there are lots of social platforms, and reasons for using them. We have yet to see whether the fickle masses will hang with G+, or better yet get on the bus even! I only have about three friends from facebook on here, despite the invites.

on a side note, I do love the social game EMPIRE AVENUE. It combines Twitter, and integrates my facebook feed into it. It's really keeping my attention, for quite a while now. I think I mostly play it because of the competition. I never knew I was like that, but when my stock goes down, I get on the ball. More tweets, more posts, what do I gotta do!! get that stock up!!! It really motivates me to do the tasks I was SUPPOSED to be doing anyway! Thanks goodness someone invented a taskmaster for me, I KNEW I needed one.
